It’s always a great day when we get a shipment in from Leather Craftsmen and get to flip through the pages of a brand new hand bound album. Leather Craftsmen has been around for 70 years and their attention to detail is what sets them apart from any other book binders out there. We are constantly amazed by quality and perfection of these albums and just had to share a few images of two Senior albums we just got in. Natalie and Alyssa (two of our recent Senior photography clients) just graduated this past week and knew right away that they needed an album so that they could have an amazing collection of their images. On Sat we attended Natalies graduation party and presented her with her custom album and she absoluetly loved it!

The Tebbs family is from Arizona but spent Memorial Day weekend in San Diego and wanted to have some photos taken on the beach so they gave us a call (and we are so glad they did)We had a BLAST with them on the beach and although the water was a little cold they weren’t afraid to climb up on the rocks and tempt the waves. Here are a few things we learned about the Tebbs family: They love to have fun together, they are a very close family, and fruit snacks can always be used to bribe the little one!  

These two chose a perfect night to head down to the beach for their engagement photos! Kari and Eddie are an amazing couple who are very much in love and looking forward to their wedding this year in Portland.

We recently photographed a soon to be graduate named Alyssa at her beautiful home in Vista.  There were so many areas around her house with great light and amazing textures so it wasn’t hard to find places to shoot. Alyssa has great energy and an awesome personality that really shines in the photographs and it was so wonderful meeting her and her family. Congrats Alyssa!
                               

A few weeks ago we headed out to Clairemont to Absolute tattoo to start off Lynnie (the studio manager at Coast Highway Photography) and her fiance Nicks engagement photoshoot session with a little ink. The tattoo shop was amazing for photography and Nick and Lynnie both got wishbone tattoos which have  become an important symbol to them after their recent move to California (ask them for the details…it’s a great story). Next they hoped in their 69 Ford Falcon with their english bulldog Mr. Pibbs and headed over to Belmont Amuesment park in Mission Beach to enjoy the rides.  Overall the shoot was a blast and it was easy to see how in love these two are. Their wedding will take place in 2011 in Colorado and I am looking forward to shooting their day!
